Binational Artwalk
Join Border Arts Corridor for the 2026 Binational Artwalk, a two-day celebration of art, music, performance, food, and community across Douglas, Arizona, and Agua Prieta, Sonora.
The celebration begins Friday, November 13, from 4–9 PM in Douglas, Arizona, in front of the Grand Theatre at 1139 G Avenue. The Artwalk continues Saturday, November 14, from 4–9 PM in Agua Prieta, Sonora, along Calles 7 y 8 and Avenidas 16 y 18, CP 84200.
Throughout both evenings, visitors can experience live music, visual art, performances, exhibitions, food, local vendors, and family-friendly activities. The Artwalk will also celebrate the 2026 BAC Fellows, whose cohort projects will make their public debut during the event.
Artists, performers, and vendors can also be part of this year’s celebration. The 2026 Binational Artwalk Call to Artists is open through October 19!
Moments That Made Us: America 250 / Douglas 125
In collaboration with the City of Douglas, it is an honor to invite you to attend the Opening Reception of the “Moments That Made Us: America 250 / Douglas 125” Exhibition.
This special exhibit celebrates the defining moments that have shaped our nation and our community, highlighting the rich history and cultural legacy of Douglas as we commemorate these significant milestones.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience the exhibit firsthand and enjoy a complimentary Mother’s Day art activity, where they can create a painted vase or canvas. We encourage you to share this invitation with others who may be interested in this special event.
The exhibition will remain open Wednesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM through May 30, 2026, with additional visits available by appointment.
Additionally, we are pleased to share that the Mariachi Festival will also take place that day at Placita Park, in front of the Gadsden Hotel, from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The festival will feature live performances, tacos de barbacoa for sale, and proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Douglas and the Mark Dannels Scholarship for Public Safety.

10th Annual Binational Artwalk
The 10th Annual Binational Artwalk, is a landmark celebration of creativity, collaboration, and community taking place November 7 & 8, 2025, on both sides of the U.S.–Mexico border.
This year’s milestone event will activate G Avenue in front of the historic Grand Theatre in Douglas and the area just east of the Port of Entry in Agua Prieta, near the Biblioteca de Agua Prieta, into a vibrant corridor of art, music, and cross border exchange.

The 10th Annual Binational Artwalk is now accepting applications from artists, performers, and vendors to participate in this two-day celebration of cross-border creativity!
Join us November 7–8, 2025, as downtown Douglas, Arizona, and Agua Prieta, Sonora, come alive with art, music, dance, food, and community. Applicants may choose to participate in Douglas, Agua Prieta, or both days.
This is a unique opportunity to share your work, connect with audiences on both sides of the border, and be part of a decade-long tradition that celebrates the cultural vitality of our region.
